Bluegrass is a casual restaurant that opened up in 2004. With a cozy setting nestled into the west side of Highland Park, it is a true destination dining location. Complete with a warm friendly bar and an American flair, Bluegrass blends in a little Southern influence into its repertoire. The wine and beer selections are all American, along with a full back bar, all hand selected to echo the quality of the fare.
The idea behind Bluegrass came from Jim Lederer who has spent over thirty years in the business. With a fine dining background, Jim has taken the fine dining approach to a casual setting. Value is one of the biggest selling points of Bluegrass. Aside from a beautiful setting, the restaurant has extraordinary food and service with a remarkable value.
